We guarantee, if any product is defective, that we will replace or repair the product or refund the purchase price in the first 12 months, or longer periods for specific products, up to 25 years.

In addition to these guarantees, we give you a satisfaction guarantee. If you are not satisfied with the product, you can return it to us within 30 days for full credit. Firstly, please call our Customer Services on 0845 634 1818 (or via contact form) for a product returns authorisation code. Products must be in a saleable condition in the original packaging.
This is in addition to your statutory 7day right to cancel the order if you are buying as a consumer under the Distance Selling Regulations.
